In-Gear's Pete Tadros took the title on Steyning Bostal with a time of 4:06.3. As expected this put him well clear of the field although Dan Gardner of Lewes Wanderers confirmed his potential by taking second place and the Juniors' title with 4:39.9. Chris Twine of Worthing Excelsior CC was third.
Tamar Vanderhaas was second fastest lady overall and this gained her the SCA ladies' title. |

RT 316's Dan Sadler claims the ESCA 25 top spot. The conditions were markedly different from the previous day with overcast skies and generally cool temperatures. That didn't deter Dan from putting in a storming 52:20 on his first time on the course. Steve Dennis (East Grinstead CC) and Nick Dwyer (Lewes Wanderers CC) followed him home. Lizzy Brama (Brighton Phoenix) added to her win in yesterday's 10 with a 1:01:46.

On a bright and pleasant morning Nick Dwyer (Lewes Wanderers CC) was the only sub 21 minute ride with a 20:38, exactly 30 seconds clear of Felix English.
Lizzy Brama narrowly edged out Emma Richards by three seconds to win the ladies' prize. |
