Lewes's Tom Glandfield heads the tables in both the Championship and SPOCO competitions.
With the adage "you've got to be in it to win it" Glandfield moves to the top of the Individual Competition after claiming top spot in the SCA 50. Mel Roberton also took advantage of the same event to claim 18 points. Mel also added and excellent 3:39 to his previous Vets record, last set in 2009.A PDF of the latest Championship standings can be downloaded here .
In the SPOCO comp, the emphasis is on position rather than time, an approach designed to promote sporting events in our area.
Geoff Smith of Eastbourne Rovers has completed all of the qualifying events and had he been able to be in two places at once, would have probably done the ESCA 34.6KM event too!
Tom takes over the top spot from fellow Womble Rob Pelham, with GS Stella's top rider, Dave Shepherd, 3rd.
A PDF of the current SPOCO standings and details of the six remaining events is available here.
As ever, our thanks to Ann Human for putting together the facts and figures
