Wouter Sybrandy of Team IG-Sigma Sport sets a new course record to win the 2012 event.

Well done to Wouter Sybrandy who produced an awesome ride to record a new course record of 1:32:21 and not surprisingly take 1st spot overall and the KOM prize.
Great to have some ladies riding this year and well done to Jayne Wadsworth, who was not only first lady, but also scooped the most improved rider award, knocking a very impressive of 6:17 off her 2010 time.
Lewes Wanderers again showed what a great team of riders they have, placing 3 riders – Rob Pelham, Pete Morris and Tom Glandfield - in the top 10, to take the team prize.
Sebastian Ader and Graeme Stirzaker (a3crg – SIS) both had superb rides to take the vet std team of 2 prize with Sebastian also taking 2nd place overall , fastest vet and 2nd vet on std behind Dave Shepherd who had a very solid ride to take 1st vet on std.
